Welcome to this Portal exclusive for Persons With Disability/s. This walk-through into the writing vocation specifically curated for the community serves as an implementation, at last, of my heart’s desire create a training ground for making more writers deployed from the community (1) after months of planning on the drawing board for the concept & motivation (that is constrained in developments as it has been in parallel with researching on the matter which is an undertaking that continues up to present), (2) after more-or-less 2 years of finding the right medium where to write (part of my whole research on the undertaking) and (3) a decade of seeking a career in writing, and (4) my first few tries at actually applying computer programming principles (specifically, website coding techniques) only after more-or-less 10 years since I was researching about how computers work—which I had not been able to apply at all that time, that is, running programs or applications via development environments for computer programming.
I had been campaigning [1] about the community’s need for more writers as I see the field to be of great opportunity for welfare of Persons With Disability/s. One premise is that because (freelance) writing may be done online, it suits the preferences of a PWD’s identity to be anonymous, as anonymity to a degree is a sacred right democratized in the use of the internet. Besides that, writing online has the potential to reach any demographic, thus the marketability of the industry is bigger, thus the opportunity.
Equally as important, writing will be a peaceful medium for advocacy of entirety of the sector’s cause that has potential to reach demographics needing more campaigning for PWD rights and welfare.
In the coming decades, if not years, more and more types of jobs will become obsolete as many jobs will be automated but content creation will be among those that will be remaining.

Why This Is So Curated As I Titled It, As With The Headings
Along the way these articles forming part of resources seeks to be examples themselves of application of guidelines herein on Effective Writing, And It’s Searchability And Monetization That’s Workable. Am currently working towards making Filipino translation for each article for the benefit of local PWDs in my country of residence.
As a glimpse of trade secrets in the writing industry (let me guide you into with this Portal), I haven’t set title (and headings) of this to be searchable much with such keywords as Writing Tips, How To’s on monetizing content, and the like, but mainly for direct searches for such search query as How can a PWD make income?, which PWDs are inclined to specifically search for, thus, discover this Portal. In fact and as addition to glimpse on trade secrets in the industry, I’ve embedded details as hidden data into this document to be an emphasis on giving search tools’ algorithm more focus into associating this article less with searches for writing and more emphasis centered on PWD & income. Moreover, these resources will only be made available to broader public idefinitely upon attainment of purposes that in the first place serve as foundational values (succeeding paragraphs in opening segment included) that drove creation of this hidden subset of resources under UV-Rays* Publications Platform, sort of a hidden service.
More Background On Why And What This Platform Is Created For
Across differing regions throughout the world, content creation had been at peak of presence in public discourse, especially implying how much it is valued. And, primarily, that type of content creation patronized has to do with video content.
I’ve realized in these years when video content creation—especially being a YouTuber—was a thing, that in reality succeeding in that patronized endeavor isn’t attainable by 99% who may try to pursue. But that other types of content creation were discarded from what people associate with the concept of content creation, and, especially, not seen as a means of being monetized, most especially when an indie endeavor.

And so the platform I saw as best means, among other sites, for attaining all these is Blogger/BlogSpot, with the availability of custom coding of a page for developing how one’s output is presented, and, in relation to what I’m referring to in previous paragraph, the ease with monetizing publication of articles. This discovery of a great opportunity (which, clearly, isn’t meant to be known by many from point of view of those who know these already; why it took me long before I found out about these privileged information in the trade, and why this Portal and associated subset of resources under UV-Rays” is meant exclusively for the PWD community so as to give the sector some advantage in engaging in the field/undertaking—I’d like to share with fellow PWDs.
I’d be guiding on the undertaking having in mind suitability to both beginner and advanced orientation to the subject, which I hope our application thereof of principles I’d be guiding about be yielding positive and great results for each one of us.
This platform provided by Google does make available for view to site visitors all contents made by a domain, and so, as I said in [1] above on months of planning the infrastructure of this, I had anticipated certain problems among other things: how to make this available only to PWDs, though indefinite, until mission has been fulfilled—that is, when disabled people all over the world has significantly attained advantage on the field that has passed beyond reversible—will this subset of resources under UV-Rays* be made openly available to broader public. How will this be attained when the platform of choice I am using has no pre-defined option to set delimitations on access to certain pages.
Part of guidelines I came up with as solution to circumvent this problem—I.e., how flow of constructive implementation would be then when all published content on Google Blogger is all public and no options to be unlisted—is to make subset of contents associated with this Portal first then piled next with either publishing on to other subset of content categories or necessarily articles that are counterparts to every article associated with this Portal, and a compendium or conspectus that will be sort of like a Table Of Contents gathering links to those contrasting resources with supplementary notes; PWD sector’s backdoor access to mapping of these resources will be unlisted link to this Portal.
Immediately after time when I made few test articles in this platform and elsewhere had unveiled invitation to submit intent to participate in leadership-oriented, PWD empowerment program initiated by the US Embassy and I’d be looking into capacity whether, maybe, PIN and KASALI who are collaborators to the program would be peers in bringing closer to PWD community a privileged access to this Portal and associated resources for the sector.
Articles I will make categorized under different subset of contents here, as with other UV-Rays* Publications are on purpose released with unfinished drafts. An example would be nnnnn and nnnnnn. (links will redirect you to parts mentioning PWDs) Initial views will be necessary for approval on monetization but it is preferable that organic growth of views come after time when one’s site has already been approved for monetization. So marketing of one’s articles should be at pace that, because: You will not want all the views pass at peak before you even had your site approved for monetization. Few views before approval with on advertising platforms, that’s just fine.
After approval of monetization, that’s when dedicated promotion comes in, which will be taught here as well.
Previously, I had tried first few test articles to apply basic display tools & functionalities (for example, displaying [technically, embedding] an image with specified width, and displaying hyperlinked text), and are automatically visible under featured posts. But make no mistake: I love Google, but the one dealing with Facebook I had meant well. (Honestly, that one on Google was a random one I suddenly created in my frustration to make an implementation of my tests.
And by the way, though I’m well-meaning on the Facebook exposé, I will also teach on marketing.
I see the US & West as a model of welfare policies for Persons With Disabilities.
I’d be creating a library of code usable for more structured displaying of content, a template that may be copy-pasted.
Very importantly—and, in line with foundational values deeply ingrained with reasons for which this Portal is made, thus, something I want PWDs (especially those who’re blogging or desires to blog) to have privileged knowledge and secret trade about—we’d also be discussing such priceless applied concepts as registering your blog to Search Engines for indexing to increase searchability.
